Important Bus Information
Posted Date: 9/23/25 (11:15 AM)
Pasadena ISD is excited to announce the use of Here Comes the Bus (HCTB). HCTB is a mobile app and website that delivers real-time school bus arrival and departure notifications to parents via mobile push and email notifications. Notifications are sent when the bus is nearby your student’s stop, or when that route’s bus number changes. In addition, with the scanning feature, it will also tell you (and us), when your child scans on and off the bus. Parents have peace of mind knowing their child is safe and will get on the right bus, at the right stop, at the right time.
Your student IDs are the boarding cards for bus riders. Our expectation is that students carry this card with them and have it ready when boarding or unloading. Students will not be denied a bus ride to school without their card, but our goal is to have all students using their cards for administrative and safety purposes. Replacement IDs have a cost of $5.00 and can be requested at the Bear Buck Store in the morning.
Your student’s stop information is based off the address that is in SKYWARD. If your student's stop information is incorrect, please let the campus know so that it can be updated in SKYWARD.
Download HCTB to your mobile device by scanning the QR code on the flyer below or by going to www.herecomesthebus.com.
